KNIFE MAKING

My focus is on crafting knives made from high carbon steel using the stock removal method. I source high-quality steel and hardwood to lay out, cut, shape, and grind my blade and handle designs. I heat treat, temper, polish, sharpen and finish my knives to provide excellent sharpness, strength and edge retention for everyday kitchen use. I also make handles for forged knife blanks in VG-10 or AUS-10 stainless steel that I purchase and finish.
